Our apartments are ground floor houses next to each other
They all have a terrace or porsch with view to the valley. The panoramic view is amazing: the Mascún canyon, Rodellar, the Tozal de Guara, a quiet and spectacular landscape at the heart of the Sierra de Guara.

Surface: 50m m2

Kitchen – Dining Room: microwave, 60×70 Fridge/freezer, gas cooking (2 rings), extractor fan, sink, two sideboards, shelves, bowls, dishes, cups,  cutlery, pots, spoon, corkscrew , can opener, three pots, pans, strainer, coasters, coffee maker, garbage bag, mop bucket, mop, dustpan, broom, dishwasher soap, mop, cloth, table and six chairs, two convertible sofa beds 90×190 individual, a coffee table. There is no tv in the apartment, just in the common areas.

Rooms: one or two bedrooms with two beds each 90×190. Double bed under request depending on availability. Wardrobe, cover, pillow, sheets (if they are hired) blankets, hangers, reading lights and bedside table.

Bathroom: shower with hot water, toilet, sink, towels (if you have contracted) and toilet paper.

Terrace or porch: wooden table and six chairs, panoramic Mascún and Rodellar

Parking: free parking next to the apartment

Free Wi-Fi: Ask for the password at the reception. Bear in mind that we have rural Internet connection and it doesn’t work as good as we would like to.

Services and standards

  • Sheets and towels will be provided at the reception. Anytime you want you can ask for clean ones. The price is not the same with or without sheets and towels.
  • Heating: All the apartments are equipped with a thermostatic radiators. Please turn it off when leaving the apartment. The ideal temperature is 22 degrees. Do not leave the doors and windows open with the heating on.
  • Swimming pool: Opening times: 10.00-21.00. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please respect the silence.
  • Washing machine and dryer: We have a washing machine and a dryer our clients are allowed to use. The washing machine costs 5€ and the dryer 4.50€
  • Silence: in our establishment tranquillity is very important. All clients should keep quiet from 23.00 to 9.00. It is forbidden to play music outside the apartments and please keep it down indoors. Please, let us know if you are being disturbed by other guests.
  • Dog: We provide apartments for clients with dog. It is only alow one dog per apartment. The dog never can´t be alone in the apartment. It is obligatory to mention it in the booking. Please bring your pet’s vaccination papers, keep your pet always on a leash, make sure it doesn’t defecate in the hotel area and don’t let it into the bed and on the sofa. If it causes any damage, you will be charged for the reparation or replacement of what has been broken.
  • Cots and extra beds: You can ask for an extra bed or cot at the reception. The cot is free of charge, the extra bed costs 20€.
  • Reception: Opening times: High season 8.00-23.30. Low season 8:30-22.30
  • Parking: next to the apartment, a few meters away.
  • Check in: 16h
  • Check out before noon (12h). We are flexible under petition if the demand of the apartments allows it.

  • Bar: Open all year round.
  • Restaurant: Open from April to November. During the rest of the year please ask at the reception. We prepare take-away food and meals for big groups.
  • Grocery store: Open all year round. Fresh bread everyday.
  • Free Wi-Fi: Ask for the password at the reception.
  • Activities: We organize adventure activities of all levels. Canyoning, sport climbing, via ferrata, water hiking, horse riding etc. From 49€ per person equipment and a professional guide included. For further details ask at the reception.
  • Wetsuits: We rent wetsuits, wetsuit socks, backpacks (special canyon), helmets, harnesses, waterproof boxes, carabiners, lanyards for via ferrata etc.
  • Routes: Don’t hesitate to ask at the reception for maps and guides for hikes, canyons, places of interest, swimming areas, climbing and other activities practised in the area of Sierra de Guara.
  • Incidents: If you happen to have any problems during your stay, please contact the reception to let us solve them ASAP. We also appreciate your letting us know if the apartment lacks any of its inventory. Please let us now also if the cleaning service isn’t satisfactory or if any of our staff members is not kind enough.
  • Booking and cancellation conditions. You can make the reservation through our website. You will have to pay a deposit with your credit card. If you cancel with less than 15 in advance or you leave before the agreed date you will have to pay the full stay
